Soccer has always been a major part of my life. I started playing at the tender age of 7 and continue to play from time to time. From the very beginning I have been a goalkeeper. It is probably no surprise that I have a notebook full of goalie drills. Also, I have begun coaching goalies and have developed some coaching philosophies and other comments. The last part of the soccer section is mostly for my own benefit. It contains pictures and information about PAF, the last highly competitive team on which I played. It's a lot of personal bragging about their, my, our accomplishments and what PAF is doing now.
Since my return to the U.S., I started playing volleyball. I currently play on two teams at Hot Shots Indoor Beach Volleyball. I have also tried my luck at playing twos at the beach. I have also included some beginner's basics to volleyball. This is your chance to learn more about volleyball with me.
This brings us to the area of my backyard dedicated to football. My favourite team, ever since I was a wee lass, is the Buffalo Bills. So forgive me for the links to some of my preferred sites about the Bills and my own two cents worth about games I have seen. This page is also beginner friendly as I will include weekly tips on understanding the game.
