Lemon Shrimp

You'll need:
I always cook the rice ahead of time in my rice cooker and then let it sit until I need it.

Cut the shrimp into bite size pieces and slice the onion and pepper. The onion should be cut into slices like one would put on a hamburger and the pepper sliced into strips. Then throw the cut stuff into a teflon pan, sprinkle the lemon juice on/around it and start heating that up, mixing the stuff around occassionally.

It is done when the shrimp are red and the vegetables start to get soft.

At this point I through some of the cooked rice into a bowl and top it with the shrimp and vegetables.
