Place the filet in a fry pan or something like that. I mix the butter, lemon juice, and spices together (use your own judgement- I'm sure your tastes are different than mine) and then pour the mixture over the filet and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. Right before I put the filet in the oven, I sprinkle a little bit of parmesan cheese on top.
Bake for 10 minutes for every inch of thickness in the filet.
As always, I eat the filet with rice. I either steam a vegetable to go with it, or I have a salad. And look, no leftovers!
